Otis Lee, Jr. Esq is an author who is the "unofficial U.S. ambassador" for the Quilombos of Brazil. But before he became an author, Otis was a lawyer, so he prefers the term "advocate."


His book talk at the Harper Library in Southport, NC briefly touched on his first two books, but gives a deep dive - almost scholarly - into the Quilombos of Brazil.
